To be honest with you, I didn't even notice how bad the show was at
the time. I was just so excited at being at his show. It wasn't until
1991 that I came across some of those old shows, and had a listen,
then realized how bad it was. Oh yeah, I do remember the horn sections/
orchestra being terrible, but that was it.

Him singing about his religious beliefs never mattered to me, and
"Living in the material World" just knocked me out, unlike "All things
must pass" was just ok.
I would listen to " Material World" a good portion of the day for the
next 20 years. But, it was Ravi that bored the heck out of me. I felt
like the audience clapped..
just to get him off stage, and on to George's performance. I almost
dozed off.

It was rumored in Denver that "his friends" would be a Beatles
reunion..but I didn't care either way. It was one of the most exciting
moments of my life. I was sitting
about 10 rows in front of him.
