About 7 hours later, I saw the original! Last night, the note of mine you

Yes -- it's pathetic isn't it what windows IIS servers can do to the 
internet! :-(
I find it very frustrating with this occurring, in addition to some 
mailers [even with TZ set correctly] not knowing how to generate the 
correct UTC-time-date so that recipients can sort chronologically. A 
right royal PITA ! :-(

My own ISP's POP & SMTP servers regularly won't talk to me, even though 
I can check mail at the same time on another e-mail address via the same 
gateway.
