DR>What were the 16 bit .Dlls written in?

The headers are for MSC 6.0. (They do have some IBMC switches in them, but it
apears as if the job is half finished.) These are the Lotus Notes API DLL's &
headers. They claim to only support MSC 6.0, but I have found otherwise. It's
just a matter of getting the header file straightened out.

They are a mess and I have been modifying them as needed to get things working
because they are just to large to do all at once. I generally do them one at a
time as I need to include them.
