You should be able to get to it through the drives icon.  If not, run 
this script from a command prompt while in the directory:

/* Open directory in wps */

call RxFuncAdd 'Sysopenobject', 'RexxUtil', 'Sysopenobject'

curdir = directory(arg(1))
rc=sysopenobject(curdir,icon,true)
rc=sysopenobject(curdir,icon,true)
exit

c:\previous desktop\filename.cmd .
