   No way.  Warp is in some ways inferior to 2.1.  If I wanted to run a
reliable server system then I would run 2.1 as Warp apparently doesn't have
great interrupt responsiveness and the COM.SYS driver is unreliable (to say
the least).  There are also a few other small problems with Warp that are
related to the Kernel.  However Warp does have a great set of bonus
applications, a better WPS, and support of Win32s applications.
   For an end user Warp is much better.  For a server 2.1 is better (or
possibly Warp beta).  For a developer Warp beta is the OS of choice IMHO.
