Indeed, a friend of mine received a computer file containing a scanned-in 
photo of the president, his wife, and their daughter on a boat.  In the 
photo, the president was giving the finger to the photographer.  Several 
people who are somewhat knowledgeable on the subject looked and looked and 
couldn't find evidence of tampering.  However, I find it EXTREMELY hard to 
believe that such a photo -- if real -- would never have made it to the media 
somewhere.
If it can be done with the president, it can be done with UFOs.
