I just my annual Christmas card from Michael Eisner, (I'm a Disney Store
employee) and on the back of the card is a calendar of events for 1997.
There was a November date for a theatrical release of the Little Mermaid.
That doesn't guarantee, of course, that there will be a video release,
but it is possible!
