However, as the possibility looms (at this time) that a complaint may reach
the ZCC level, is it not inappropriate for Janis, or any ZC, or Scott
Little's RC to answer this or any other post on the matter until it is
finally resolved?  To do so would, I thinkm, be prejudicial, and we are
risking the phenomonon of "Trial by echo".
