Well, I've been using Gedit v1.0 since day one. I inheareted it from my son.
I don't know if he registered it or not.
I hope soon to put up a new native OS/2 BBS and am looking for other sutable
Native OS/2 APPs.
I still haven't found a mailer that I'm happey with.
I keep hoping that joho will bring out an OS/2 version of Frontdoor, but
apparently he don't give a shit.....
All I'm really looking for is the spell checking, that's the only thing
of importance I miss from Gedit.
If TSE does what I want, and the shareware version is something like $25US
to register, then I'll go for it, otherwise I'll pass...
You have to understand, an echo mail editor is a small piece of my BBS.
As an example, Eudora is my mailer of choice for email. I use the free
version, even though I can buy the pro version locally for $30.00US.
I expect that sooner or later, I will buy the PRO version, just to get
the spell checking. That's the only feature that I really want.
Regards,
Wayne
