I believe I just polled your system by Radius. "localhost" seems to be problem,
but I said:

 relay6.exe 1234 [2001:16d8:ff00:306::2] 24554 /b:192.168.1.4

and made a node config 192.168.1.4:1234,BND .

The LAN IPv4 address of this Windows7 computer is 192.168.4.

Please check your logs. :)
