Check the parrallel port is configured as Bi-Directional and configured to
the standard IO address (378 I think), also set up the OS/2 parrallel port
driver to use IRQ 7 - recent versions of OS/2 don't require an IRQ but this
(old) software may look for the camera on IRQ 7.
