I originaly had the 2940 in a 486-25Mhz system and it the same kind of
options (CDROM, C, A and C, CDROM, A.) and it never booted too good. Some
disks it booted and some wouldn't.

My 486-33Mhz Did boot and was much better.

I switched AMD based boards and All CD's booted without problems.

All of these are to far back and I don't have the manuals any more.
