It has been quite a while since I paid any attention to such things.
I believe that ethanol burns cooler and puts out a lower BTU. I know
that is true of Propane gas but not 100% sure of alcohol. I do know
that alcohol is corrosive where gasoline leaves a coating on surfaces.
Alcohol will degrade rubber seals that were intended for gas.
You probably would have better luck finding a generator that runs
on Propane or natural gas.
