      Two inbounds can be configured, one for use when the calling system has
a session pw in place, and one when there's no pw presented.

      I would strongly recommend that NOBODY use AllFix 6.x for echomail
processing, it's totally broken and will be removed with the next release.

      The only environment variable that AllFix uses is the one that points to
the dir where AllFix's config files are located, usually the same dir as
the executables are in.
