      10.xxx.xxx.xxx is one of the reserved blocks used for internal
networking, and usually should not be broadcast.  It is not assigned to
anyone specifically, and can be used by anyone who wishes to use it.  For
example, my internal LAN uses 10.10.22.x for all workstations not directly
connected to the outside world

      192.168.xxx.xxx is another example, that's usually used by those
inexpensive cable/dsl routers.
