Where is your problem? I am happy to have an IC who can act very fast if
needed. A poll is allways nasty and slowly.

And if the decision was wrong in the eyes of many people, the nodes via
their RCs, ZCs, ZCC can force the IC to withdrow the changes, maybe to
remove him from office.
