Hi Paul - sorry for the delay in answering - was down visiting in-laws for
half a week, and have been busy preparing for the new baby, moving stuff to a
mini-storage and such, and have not had much time to be on my own board.
PW> I found one Strawberry Alarm Clock album at $16.
Which album was it? Strawberry Alarm Clock did 4 albums if I recall.
Incsence and Peppermints, Everybody's Everywhere, and two others. Which
record is it, and in what condition? (I am *very* interested in this
record...)
PW> They have 1 copy of the 'interesting' cover of Apple Pie at $20, 4
PW> regular versions at $16-18 depending on the condition. (they also
 PW> have Apple #2 at $20)
Hmmm.... I'd have to pass on this one. I have one already, but have been
looking for a second copy. I have been hoping to find one at a record swap
or thrift store or something, priced at "a deal". If I change my mind on
this one, I will let you know.
PW> No Red Crayola, 13th floor, Sidewalks, or wacthbands. :(
Bummer. Any Chocolate Watchband albums are the ones I was *most* trying to
find. I don't even have a single one in my collection.
PW> As for anything else on the International Artist's label, you'll
PW> have to be more specific. Everything there is organized by group.
International Artists (IA) was a small Texas label, and I think only a total
of 15 different records ever came out on that label. The records included 4
titles by the 13th Floor Elevators, 2 title by Red Krayola, 1 title by Endle
St. Cloud, 1 title by David Allen, and I forget the others. As I recall, the
other 7 records were 1 record from 7 other artists, but I do not remember
their names. I had this great article years ago on International Artists
that gave all the group names and album titles of all the IA releases. I will
dig it up. Some of those other artists I would sure like to get records of.
I would already love to pick up a Dave Allen record. I have never had the
opportunity to buy one.
PW> They have 4 Luniverse records. 1 by Del Vikings (a/somewhere over the
 PW> rainbow- b/hey senorita), 3 by Buchanan & goodman (1 a/flying saucer
t1-
 PW> b/ flying saucer pt2; a/Matian Melody- b/Flying Saucer the 2nd; a/flying
PW> saucer goes west- b/saucer serenade.
How much are these 45's? I might be interested in the Del Vikings one.
PW> Nothing by the Honey's. (is that how it's spelled?)
Yup. Actually, it is spelled "The Honeys". They were the wives of the Beach
Boys who put out their own records. I have a copy here of Surfin Down the
Swanee River which is on the orange and red "Target" capital label, but that
is a reissue, (though rare in it's own right), but I really want the original
of this in the yellow and orange Capital "swirl" label. Or anything else I
can find from this group.
JG>> I am looking for some of those Beatles "20th Anniv> picture
JG>> discs, as I am missing a few, too.
PW> They have several Beatles picture discs, in both LP and 45, but we
PW> weren't sure if they were 20th or not. Any distinguishing marks? Can
PW> you let me know which you're looking for?
The 20th Anniv. picture discs were 7 inch disks. They came in clear plastic
PVC jackets. The first ones did not have record inserts behind the discs,
but after the 10th issue, they did. Each disc came out 20 years to the day
after it's corresponding single came out in the 60's. The pictures on the
discs are gorgeous. This complete set makes an awesome set. Unfortunately,
not knowing about these issues until they were midway through the series, I
missed most of the first half. If you can get any, please let me know.
Here is a list of what I have and do not have of the series.

22. Let It Be/You Know My Name 03/05/90 have
Of course, the ones I would be interested in are the ones I don't have. I
apparently discovered the series in early 1987, and then started picking them
up as they came out. Too late to get the first ones though. I did manage to
find a few early ones, but mostly they were all gone. So any you could find
would be appreciated!
JG>> And as I have written previously, any "Red Raven Movie Records",
 JG>> those 8 inch children's 78's.
PW> Still, not even a peep as to these. NO ONE here has ever heard of them.
 PW> :(
I have found several I have bought, and have found over 150 titles were
released in the series. If you can ever find more, let me know!
PW> So, that's what i've got so far. Let me know if you want any of these,
PW> and what beatles you want and i'll see if i can work up a deal. ok? Oh,
PW> BTW, to speed things up a bit, can you send me your phone #?
My hone # is 916.342.2215. Feel free to call any time!
Also just a note: I also collect LPs that have nude or semi-nude females on
the cover. I have about 75 albums like this, (some are imports) but I would
love to get more. If you encounter any, please let me know the artist and
title, so I can determine if I already have it or not. If I don't, I would
like to get it. Well, let me know!
