subject: XE6 and the `L` Flag

Hello !

I upgraded to XE6, OS/2 flavor today. I was upgrading from
XE4 and it appear the "L" flag in the .evt file has changed
operation. I am getting an error when starting Bink that
says something bad about the "L" flag. Here is the situation:

I use Binkley XE for local calls only as my ftp program handles
all long distance tranfering...therefore I make liberal use of
the "L" flag which used to ensure only local calls were allowed.

What's up and how should one handle this now?

Cheers,

Nick
