Hank, If you are not familiar with PM or C, then the best way would be to use Smalltalk. PIck up a copy of Digitalk Smalltalk/V for OS/2 or a copy of IBM Smalltalk for OS/2 and I guarantee you it will be ten times easier than writing C code for OS/2 PM.
