Well, I tried manually intalling them.  You also have to make changes to the
INI files.... Tried that also.  Don't suggest it though.  Does really ugly
things to the system... :(  I have word back from OS2 problem report that v 4
does not allow CGA drivers to be installed as the primary Video...  Must be 
EGA
or above apparently... :\  Oh well.  I went out an spent some precious funds 
on
a Mono VGA monitor.  Works well now... wish I could have saved the 40 $
though... :(
