TVJ> The tear line generated by Conference Mail looks like:

TVJ> Now I'm wondering what "a small product-specific banner" is?
Usually it's simply the name and version number of the program
that the user used to initiate the message.
TVJ> I've seen "small" banners that is more than 60 characters.
There is no restriction to the length of a tearline. Technically
you could generate a tearline with a banner that fills an entire
screen or more. 'Small' is relative. :-)
TVJ> I've also seen tearlines that is PGP-fingerprints, or names
TVJ> at persons. Is this legal?
Define 'legal'.
