Hello Ross.

Just because some behaviour is commonplace or even acceptable on the
internet does not mean that it is acceptable behaviour for Fidonet. Every
person who is a member of this network has an obligation to respect the
policy of this network. Respecting the policy of this network means
respecting the wishes of other sysops, by not doing anything that is
excessively annoying to them.

The only reason Scott Little is being held up to scrutiny against Fidonet
policy is because he is a member of Fidonet, and has acted in an
excessively annoying manner towards another member of Fidonet. If Scott
Little will not respect the policy of Fidonet, then he does not belong in
this network. If Fidonet will not respect my own wishes as a sysop, then I
will voluntarily leave this network, as I have no desire to be a part of a
network that disrespects the wishes of it's individual members.
