I think that is a message from your client trying to explain the failure.

It is a bad idea today but I do have ssh for those that can use it. The website
is also secure along with the web telnet service.
There are some who still use and prefer telnet so I make that available but we
do have secure protocols available for folks to use. ssh is a good option today
and works with the BBS including doors and file transfers.
