Quick question on spin buttons.  How do you make them accept input for
negative values?  I can set the limits to include negative values and 
scroll into those values just fine, but I can't enter a minus sign in the
text field.  I'm declaring the control with the flags:

SPBS_NUMERICONLY | SPBS_MASTER | SPBS_JUSTRIGHT | SPBS_FASTSPIN |
WS_VISIBLE

Any suggestions, or is this a bug?

Also, does anyone know why the GpiBox routine draws screwed up rectangles
when just the DRO_OUTLINE flag is used?  It gives boxes like:
* ******
*      
*      *
       *
****** *
Weird.
