Well it was Maximus that was having the problem.  Next time it happens I'll
ask someone to do a FREQ and see if Binkley has the problem.  I'm not using
the 16550 yet, because Binkley has a problem with it!  Or it did last time
I tested it anyway.  I think I'll see if I can get it in this weekend.
