Hmmmmm. Is this a deciduous tree? If not perhaps it is a shore pine. They
get knobs on them. At least they do up here on the Oregon Coast. But then
considering our screwy weather anything can happen.
Maybe it's a bad case of acne in which case a dermatologist should be
called in.
