Yes, like how Maximus/2 does, even with its own REXX API.

I compiled a version of ProBoard/2 (did you know that existed?  I didn't) from
the source code archive with some help and wow.

If I knew C better, I'd port ProBoard over to Watcom.  But I don't and I
honestly don't have the patience anymore.
