I stand corrected:

After conferring with the Office of Consumer Affairs regarding censorship
laws of X-rated videos, I have the following information.

1. It is an offence to retail for profit to the public videos of a sexually 
explicit nature. However, you may sell privately, purchase privately or obtain
in fair trade as long as there is no profit.

2. It is legal for this material to be sold and distributed from the A.C.T.
and the Northern Territory by mail order.

3. It is an offence to publicly show any material of a sexually explicit nature
however, within the confines of your own home, this is legal.

4. It is not an offence to be in possession of such material in your own home.

In relation to point 2, I figure this is so the politicians do not have to
purchase through mail order and run the chance of having the products damaged.

 RS> So you think that child porn or snuff movies are fine do you ?
Now hang on, it is not my opinion that this sort of sick material is OK, but
if you read the above, seems legal.
