Well now....I have a little debate going on with my uplink.... maybe someone can iron it out for me (us) .... When Modem A (lets' say a USR 56K) calls modem B (say a Zoom 14.4), which modem establishes the highes possible connect rate? Which is at fault when ending up as CONNECT 1200TX, or NO CARRIER?
