      I use qfront. The PCBoard (R) must be my uplink as the seenby
lines must been from moondog. I don't have and Fido downlinks. I don't
know the answer to your question. I am not familiar with FTSC policy or
standards. I only know it a standard of fido technology I don't even
know what FTSC represents. :)
