I have seldom heard of a teenager actually paying for any crime they committ.
Outside of the ones on tv,for some murder etc..The kids in my
neighborhood,12-17 have done everything except murder,and they get picked
up,but the next day they are back walking the neighborhood streets.
I know one thing for sure.when it comes to defending myself or my family,we
shoot first,and ask later.
