Guess I will try to rescue my OEM XP HD that got bombed when TW>TA>I attempted to install SuSE 9.2 instead of the 9.0 I was useing. TW> I wpould NOT have expected it to load ANY windows program myslef. What TW> lead you to believe it would run Legacy?? TW>Incidently the LINUX world does have it's own Genealogy program. I have tried GRAMPS and found it less satisfactory than Legacy and/or my old MS-DOS Family History System by Phil Brown, that is my main genealogy data base (that Brown has decided to not upgrade to today's Windows O/Ss unfortunately 8-( I wonder what genealogy program you find most useful to you?
