subject: MKISOFS (2?)

I'm trying to burn my first dvd of backups. I've constructed a cmd file
to build the iso image like so:

mkisofs -allow-lowercase -l -N -o k:\cdwork\dvdbu\asusbu.iso k:\ABU\1
j:\BBU\2

and it chugs along for a bit and then quits:

 65.18% done, estimate finish Wed Jan 26 15:02:57 2005
 65.50% done, estimate finish Wed Jan 26 15:02:56 2005
mkisofs: Disk full. cannot fwrite 32768*1

DIR of the iso file at this time is
1-26-05 3:02p 2,147,483 K 0 a--- asusbu.iso

What's wrong? Should I be using mkisofs2 and if so, where is it (not on
hobbes)? Are the cmd line switches the same as for mkisofs?
