CA>TW> IT stil has it's glitches that will keep it form the Big
CA>TW> Time.

CA>I know of nothing I would categorize as a 'glitch' in any of
CA>the versions of KNOPPIX - seriously.

I would say that detecting a Printer, correctly identifying it, Going
throgh a "Set up Routine" and NOT haveing it WORK might, don't you
think?

CA>I'll go out on a limb here and predict that KNOPPIX and other
CA>'livecd' versions of Linux will kill off Linspire dead dead dead
CA>(and forgotten).

I don't know how anyone can think that a operate from a CD will ever
get very far.
But Knoppix has a very long ways to go before it is simple and easy to
instal and use IMHO. AHAIN the first point it MUST instal lwithout much
operator interaction on a Hard Drive. And all this Mystic stuff about
root and setting up users and all that is NOT going to fly in the
REAL market out there.
IT is only a First Step for those with some under the hood computer know
how.
Adn I realisticly cannot see them being satisfied for very long if
having the hassly of operating off a CD.
