Hello All.

I've released SWait 0.1, a utility program that will allow a batch file to
pause execution until a pre-existing semaphore file is deleted from disk and
optionally wait a user-specified number of seconds to further pause execution
of the batch file.

This program will work with 32-bit OS/2 Warp 4 and above and any Windows system
that can support 32-bit executables.
