Some of the missing messages can be explained by that, but there was 2-3
from BillG that rod had replied to in Avtech that I had never seen. It's
possibly finger trouble at my end.

I take the stuff to work. copying 1 - 1.4 meg of data is slow enough
without compressing it first, although that is an option.
