Hi, Ryan. Thought you should know that Delphi (1.0 & 2.0)
(Pascal) strings are not null terminated. MS Windows strings (based
on 'C' strings) are null terminated. Hence there is a need - which is
filled by Delphi existing functions to convert Pascal strings into Null
terminated strings required for MS Win strings. There is a write up on
this topic in the Delphi manuals and on-line help describing this
subject matter for further clerification. I hope this helps and doesn't
confuse you.
