It's not a macro it's code. Open up your form, select the code button on the
toolbar, change the object to form, then select BeforeUpdate in the Proc:
selection. This is the function for BeforeUpdate. It should look like this:
Private Sub Form_BeforeUpdate(Cancel As Integer)
[DateLastChanged] = Date
End Sub
When you edit the record reflected in this form the [DateLastChange] will
update to todays date before the record is saved. If no changes are made the
date will stay as previous.
