Representative Jim Clements is heading a Washington state
Legislative Task Force that monitors complaints of
discrimination against Fathers by Evergreen Legal Services
(ELS).  This task force has been given complete control over
all of ELS's state funding.
Evergreen Legal Services is infamously known for litigating
Fathers into poverty, then winning default sanctions against
them when they can no longer afford attorney representation.
Ada Shen-Jaffe, Executive Directory for ELS, reportedly
claims that her policy of relentless divorce litigation is
just "good lawyering."  However, victims of ELS litigation
claim that their Due Process and Equal Justice Rights were
denied them when ELS pitted their relatively boundless
government funding against them in court. Winning a divorce
battle in King County Family Court is often a function of the
amount of money spent on litigation and "court room politics."
ELS reportedly boasts 100 percent total win rate for divorce litigation.
If you have knowledge of divorce cases ELS has funded, or of
any wrong doings ELS has committed that would justify halting
