But ... if your host uses a NCSA httpd system, it should simply be a matter 
of starting up something like WS_FTP, creating a directory called public_html 
and copying the stuff in there.  Then you use a telnet app to log in, set the 
privs on the directory and index.html (and any other .htmls you might want to 
put up)... 
 
something like   chmod 711 public_html
 
and it _should_ work.
