CA>I remember when my XT was still working some of the 360s CA>wouldn't read in the newer 1.2 meg floppy drives. I'm hoping CA>most will. I recall the problem with 360 drives reading flopies formatted as 360's in a 1.2 drive but not the other way arround. CA>I have old drives but would need a floppy controller and old CA>style ribbon cable etc. Would hate to have to go through all CA>that but I waited too long to 'update' my 'archives'. :-( Darn. A couple of months ago I just took some to the Computer Recycling Fair they had in Spring Valley California. Looks like "E" bay time. :-) --- þ SLMR 2.1a þ This note from El Cajon California USA* Origin: Try Our Web Based QWK: DOCSPLACE.ORG (1:123/140) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 123/140 500 106/2000 633/267 |
