 RS> Moot point, cellular will be digitized by then...
 
   And that should've been enough. Digital signals are inherently 
unintelligble on conventional fm/am scanners, and an additional level of 
encryption is easily added to a digitized form of modulation.
 
   But let's make scanner listeners the villans in the meantime, anyway....
