Are you using LINKUP.EXE to call Netscape?  I think I found a problem, not 
with Netscape, but with it and LINKUP.  When I call Netscape by itself, no 
termination problems, but if I use LINKUP, Thread one hangs in a permentantly 
blocked state and to use it again, I have to reboot.
