That's fine, as long as Johnny's parents don't contend that the document
released is indicative of Johnny's ability or possible
mental problems...and I wouldn't bet my house on some parent claiming that
Johnny's essay, attached to my resume in any form with Johnny's name, could
expose Johnny to implicit "defamation" in the sense that it would hint at
Johnny's mentality!
