So far as I know, and I just redid all of the patches tonight.  MS updated 
the posting dates on many of their patches, and it is not easy to tell if 
there are any real changes or if they just repackaged them.  Sometimes they 
change a file but don't change the version ID, which is really annoying as 
all getout.
