Has anyone upgraded their USB 1.1 system with a USB 2.0 PCI replacement
card?

If so, are there good cards and bad cards? 

Or do they all work pretty much the same?

I've seem them for as little as $19.xx and as much as $69.xx for a card. 
The biggest difference appears to be the number of ports.  2 ports for the
cheaper cost, and 4 ports for the more expensive versions.  

Perhaps this is the only difference?

Any knowledge, or experience others may have on this would be greatly
appreciated.
