I tried GameSrv (TelnetDoor) and had the same issue so it must not be creating
a binary connection, either.  It wasn't clear as to just being a "double
telnet" related issue or something else.

It sounds like the way to get this working would be to have whatever sits in
front that accepts the 1st inbound telnet - have it initiate an outbound binary
telnet connection to the second host.
