 Welo ldon't bother. While it is still the Best Spot on the Califroinia
 Caost it is only a shadow of it's Former Great Self.
The Housing prices are absolutly INSANE. $19,000 Tract Houses from the
60's are going for $450,000. $2500 to $3000 per month are typical house
payments nowdays for the First time buyer.
As a result the Rental Rates are going crazy Also.
