Look for above archive - probably on hobbes or os2site!
There are both command-line and PM versions included.

chklog.exe necessary for *large* logs - e.g. post BAD-CRASH, as there is 
a 64KB limit on what you can copy at a time from the PMCHKLOG.exe 
window, and chklog.exe output can be piped elsewhere!
