Sorry to butt in, but IBM's AntiVirus (also for OS/2) does a decent job,
and IMHO is a very decent scanner.

Some advertisements :
  - Uses low priority background scan.
  - Lets you scan floppies on shutdown (saved my ass last week, I got ripper)
  - Can be sheduled to run weekly.
  - Disinfects also
  - IBM has an update program for it.
